Shridath Rey

Shridath Rey is originally from South Hill, Anguilla. Sports has been an integral part of his life from an early age. During his high school years, he played football, tennis, basketball and cricket. Shridath etched his name in the sport of cricket for his superior level of play on the field. He was selected to the national cricket team at the age of 15 and went on to play for a Division I Club in the United Kingdom. His love for various professional sports made him a huge fan of the NFL, MBL, and NBA leagues.

Shridath attended the University of Derby in the United Kingdom and completed a Bachelors of Sports degree in Business Management. During his studies he obtained practical experience about the ins and outs of running a professional sports organization. Shridath returned to Anguilla and incorporated his knowledge and experience in sports management to further develop and advance the growth of the Anguilla Tennis Academy (ATA) and its programs.

Shridath has a passion for tennis and working with younger children towards helping them maximize their full potential. In addition to being a coach, he is responsible for marketing the ATA and its programs. He enjoys filming the children in the After School Program and producing video documentaries that highlights the participants skill sets and personal development. Shridath is a great addition to Team ATA and is committed to growing the sport of tennis on the island.
